Education

  • 2020.03 - Present
    PhD, Computing Science
    University of Glasgow, United Kingdom
    • Successfully integrated forward models into machine learning systems, improving model accuracy by ∼ 20%, interpretability, and robustness while reducing dependency on extensive training data.
    • Designed and developed satellite imagery emulation from drone data based on optics and sensor prior knowledge.
    • Developed DiffInfinite, a novel generative model to generate arbitrarily large images from sparse annotated data. The model samples in half of the time and with higher fidelity than previous methods for large content generation.
  • 2014.09 - 2019.10
    MSc, Physics
    Sapienza University of Rome, Italy
    Curriculum: Condensed Matter Physics
